CLIMATIC CONDITIONS:
Near to perfect growing season, with early flowering and favourable fruit set. Nature was on our side up until an unusually wet February and March.
DATE OF HARVEST:
14th and 15th March 2022
HARVEST & VINIFICATION:
Cuvée of three white grape varieties: Müller-Thurgau, Chardonnay & Pinot Gris. Hand-picked, whole bunch pressed and fermented in French Oak barriques. Some maturation sur lie with occasional battonage.
