1.1 By using our website, you are accepting these terms of use and you are agreeing to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website.

1.2 You must not view our website if you are not legally allowed to drink in the country you view this website from. By using this website you warrant that you are legally allowed to drink in the country you view this website from.

1.3 While we encourage you to share our website with others of legal drinking age in their country of residence, you must not share our website or allow it to be associated with content that promotes the excessive or irresponsible consumption of alcohol. You must not share our website or allow it to be associated with content that brings our business into disrepute.

2. Privacy Policy

2.1 The information below applies to personal information (information about an identifiable individual) we, Schubert Wines Limited, collect about you when you visit and browse our website.

2.2 When you visit our website, we may collect some non-personal information, such as the IP address from which you accessed this website, the date and time you are visiting, the pages you accessed, the type of browser and operating system you use, and terms you use to search for content on our site. This information cannot be used to personally identify you. We use it for the purposes of system administration, auditing use of the site and improving it for different customer profiles, and for our internal reporting.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS:

Only persons aged 18 years or over may order wine or receive wine as a gift or on behalf of the buyer. Orders cannot be processed without a tick in declaration of the age box.

ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY:

All wines offered are subject to availability. All prices include GST. If you like to order our wines, please return this order form by mail or fax, or send us an e-mail. Thank you!
Please note that we need to receive your full payment before the order will be dispatched. We allocate the wine on a first come, first served basis.

PAYMENT:

By cheque, cash or credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express).

DELIVERY CHARGES:

Free freight on purchases of $600 or more to 1 delivery address. The delivery address must be a street address. All rural delivery addresses must be communicated. If we incur extra charges due to rural delivery this will be passed on.

BREAKAGES, INCORRECT DELIVERY:

If bottles are broken or the delivery is different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. Losses can be only claimed within 2 weeks from delivery.

CONDITIONS OF SALE:

Interest will be charged on overdue accounts.
Ownership and title in the goods does not pass until payment in full is made to Schubert Wines Limited. Pursuant to the Fair Trading Act 1986, accounts not met within our trading terms will be liable for all costs of collection.
